Aaron, Liz, Elijah, Nathaniel, and Gideon Scott

Aaron was raised in Denver, Colorado. The Lord saved Aaron at a young age through the faithful discipleship of His parents, who constantly pointed his heart back to the Scriptures.

He was heavily involved in sports, particularly soccer and wrestling (no, not WWE…the real stuff). He attended Northland International University where he received his BA in Biblical Studies (with a double-minor in Greek and Theology) and an MA in Biblical Studies (with a concentration in Biblical Languages).

It was at Northland that Aaron met his-better half, Elizabeth, and they were married in the Winter of 2010. Soon after, they moved to serve the Lord on the beautiful Island of Guam. After serving in ministry on Guam for four years, they moved to Louisville, KY, for Aaron to pursue further further theological training at the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

While in Louisville, Aaron served on staff at Baptist Haiti Mission, Scarlet Hope, and Third Avenue Baptist Church, as God continued to develop both of their hearts to serve Him in a local church in the West.

Aaron completed his education at SBTS in the winter of 2019 and they moved to Twin Falls in June of 2020 to plant Twin Falls Community Church.

Aaron is a family man. He enjoys any time he can get with His wife and 3 boys (Elijah, Nathaniel, and Gideon). He loves listening to music (almost anything depending on what time of day it is and what he is doing), reading and audio-booking, playing in the outdoors, meeting new people, cultivating his house and yard, playing sports, watching the Denver Broncos, staying fit, trying out new local food spots, playing games, traveling, and watching the occasional movie.
